Filing an objection on the rights table- The settlement

Estimated Time:

50 minutes.

Location:

Competent Registration Directorate depending on the location where the settlement is declared

Estimated Fee:

3% of the plot value (which the objection was submitted in regards to) .The amount shall not exceed 500 JDs , and no less than 11 JDs

Conditions for obtaining service

The objection period: within 30 days from the date of the declaration of the rights table.
The personal attendance if the concerned person.

Procedures

1. The applicant shall file an objection requisition to the Rights list and import it in the bureau's department.

2. Transfer the requisition to the registration department to issue a collection warrant.

3. Refer to the cash to pay fees.

4. After the expiry of the objection period, the Registration department prepares a statement of the objections and transfers it to the Settlement and Survey Directorate.

5. The Settlement and Survey Directorate shall prepare the cases and transfer them to the Registrar of the Settlement Court.

6. The applicant shall refer to the settlement court.
